The Pop up activities course format allows the creation of courses with fewer if any page loads for the student. This may give the appearance of better performance, more interactivity, and easier navigation.

This course is set up to provide an example of how it can be used to navigate through a course. The Resources section provides examples of different ways files and pages can be displayed in modals. The Activities section shows examples of Moodle activity modules that can be displayed in modals and record student interactions. The final section on Course Design provides some notes on using the format.
